Our Rooms

Five of our bedrooms are above a busy pub, however they are cosy, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and after dinner service you won't hear a peep.

The cabin is located in the paddock to the east of the pub and is our only dog-friendly option.

Every overnight stay includes an exceptional breakfast.

You can view, check availability, and book our rooms here.

We only allow overnight guests over the age of 18.

Please be advised there is a discounted rate to be obtained by booking directly on our site, versus booking.com.

Hayloft

Our largest and most luxurious room, complete with original Hayloft windows, high ceilings, a sitting area and views over our courtyard. The Hayloft is our only room with a bath and separate shower.

Fenwick

Fenwick - the former owner of Witham Hall who commissioned the building of the Bells - offers a king bed and en suite shower room.

Prentice

Prentice - the Royal Academy recognised architect of the Six Bells - boasts a king bed, a large en suite shower room and views over our courtyard.

Black Dog

Black Dog, named after the original pub in Witham on the Hill, offers a king bed and en suite shower room.

1908

Named after the year the pub was built, 1908 is our cosiest room with a double bed and en suite shower room.

The Cabin

The cabin is our first self-catered and dog-friendly accommodation. It boasts underfloor heating, induction hob, integrated appliances, large walk-in shower with rainforest head, a king bed, smart tv, wifi etc. Situated among old trees in the paddock on the east side of the pub, this timber structure was originally built in 2021 by bespoke developments in Rutland. The Cabin has a three night minimum stay.
